
Development Background
Is it possible to measure a wide angle of inclination that greatly exceeds the measurement range of ±1 degree? We have developed this system in response to such customer requests.
Conventional wide-angle measurement required the use of three displacement transducers to measure the heights of three points and then convert the angles. However, this method required three displacement transducers, space for their installation, and an object of a certain size, making it impossible to measure small objects. We have solved this problem with a product that uses the autocollimator method.

※1. Distance measured from the lens barrel at the sensor tip. Since a 6 mm lens is mounted in the housing, the working distance (W.D.) from the housing is 50 mm.
