3-axis sensor

Displacement Tilt Sensor

Displacement Tilt Sensor

Development Background
Is it possible to simultaneously measure displacement in addition to inclination using the autocollimator method? This product was developed based on such customer requests.
Originally developed to measure the tilt that occurs when a hard disk head is levitated, it is now used in numerous measurements of auto-focus (AF) actuators used in smartphones and other devices.

Features
1. Simultaneous measurement of displacement and inclination [Patent No. 5330114].
2. Simultaneous measurement of displacement and inclination from one direction with one beam
3. High-speed measurement (10K sampling)
