Background of Development
“Is there an easy way to measure the parallelism between opposing surfaces?”
This product was developed in response to such customer requests.
Its slim design allows it to be inserted directly into the gap to be measured. Parallelism, which was previously difficult to quantify using methods such as pressure-sensitive paper, can now be measured and expressed numerically with ease and reliability. The product was developed to simplify and improve the efficiency of parallelism measurement tasks.
Features
1.Easy measurement of parallelism between opposing surfaces
2.No PC required; equipped with VGA monitor output
3.Enables measurement in narrow gaps

*1. For distances longer than the working distance.
*2. Circular range.
*3. Our standard sample use and setting on W.D.21mm, 3σ when measured at rest.
*4. The error against the ideal straight line when measuring our standard sample at 21 mm W.D. is shown. It may vary depending on the object to be measured.
*5. Beam diameter at W.D. 23 mm (1/e² width)
*6. When the “$START” communication command is executed on one channel of Digital Outputs 1 and 2. The output rate may decrease depending on the use of other commands, baud rate settings, and receiving-side operating conditions.
