We are pleased to announce that our company has launched sales of a new product, the “Parallelism Sensor KW-0007,” which enables simple and highly accurate measurement of parallelism between different surfaces.

In manufacturing and inspection processes, managing parallelism—such as between the top and bottom surfaces of molds, between fixtures and workpieces, and between components before joining—is a critical factor in ensuring quality.

On the other hand, in measurements requiring high parallelism, it can be difficult to detect slight angular deviations when the surfaces are already close to parallel.

The newly introduced “KW-0007” achieves high-precision measurement even near 0° parallelism by using advanced image processing technology.
