It is also<br>possible to adjust the optical axis of inspection and measurement devices equipped with cameras, and to align them with the surface on which the measurement object is mounted. In addition, it is possible to<br>align the flange surface of the objective lens of microscope optical systems with the measurement surface on which the measurement object is mounted.
