These vibrations are extremely small, and conventional methods often lack the resolution needed to detect minute changes accurately.

・Solutions

A tilt sensor detects minute angular changes caused by weak vibration and quantifies them. Because the measurement resolution is independent of the working distance, stable measurement is possible even when the distance to the target changes. These features visualize residual vibration that is difficult to detect using conventional methods and enable high-precision analysis of vibration characteristics.

[89
129,130,131,132,133,134,135,136
post-5620","case","type-case","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","case-cat-robot","case-tag-optical-inspection","case-tag-posture","case-tag-displacometer","case-tag-positioning","case-tag-monitoring","case-tag-transportation","case-tag-wafer-handler","case-tag-robot","en-US
["GET
